There are many ways that we can access information from our own body. We sometimes forget to listen. The body has many ways of communicating with us.
First I may be a little ahead of myself. I think a little differently from some folks. I had the wonderful opportunity to “see” my body as something separate from me as a twelve year old. I viewed a body laying in a bed with a high fever and noticed that it was mine. I realized that I was not that body. I knew that I was a soul that has a body. I know that many of you have not had that wonderful experience. I knew that I could either heal that body of it’s disease or disconnect from it and go to the light. I’m still on this plane after four kids and a long career as an engineer. I chose to heal my body. I have made that choice many times since then. That one instance was the most dramatic.
Let me go on with the signals from the body as viewed from the viewpoint of a “SOUL” that has a body. I told you I was an engineer so let me refer to the body the way a control system engineer looks at it.
OK, so you don’t know what a Control System Engineer is or does. This is just an engineer who uses various means including fast reliable computers to gather information from sensors and through the way the computer is programmed cause things to change in a process. Wow that was way more complicated that I intended it to be. Let’s talk about some of the components in the above sentence. A sensor measures something such as temperature, pressure or flow. The computer can then send a signal to a valve like we use to turn the water on and off in the sink when we wash our hands. In this way control occurs. There is another word I used which might be confusing. A process can be anything from a chemical process to a mechanical device like a robot or a conveyor line. Usually control system engineers like to think of the whole facility as a process consisting of a lot of little processes.
Here is how this applies to the body. You know that the body sends you signals. One of the signals is about eating. Other signals are about pain when we touch something hot or pinch a body part. We get thirsty so we drink something. We also know when we need to eliminate. We usually pay attention to these types of signals from the body.
There are many other signals we get but may not know how to interpret. On occasions we make great decisions on the information we receive. This leads to better survival. We want to assist you in making more of these great decisions.
So lets talk about things that are easy to measure and what we might learn from them. A Normal Range is shown as a guide. Here is a list of some of them:

Of the four listed above the one that is used the least is one of the more important ones. That is PH. An excellent book has been written by Jerry Tennant, MD called Healing is Voltage. Here is an image from his book:
